摘要：绪论指出，杜预是西晋政治和学术方面的重要人物，其《左传》注也是后世经学研究中不可或缺的著作，研究杜预有着充分的必要性。笔者在绪论中较为详细地梳理了学术界有关杜预的研究，分析它们都集中在哪些方向，取得了哪些成果，还有哪些不足。在此基础上，阐明本论文研究重点在于针对目前学术界所忽略的领域进行研究。
第一章主要考察杜预本人的思想、性格、能力及人际交往等状况，从中反映出当时的社会政治、军事、学术等情况。关于杜预生平事迹，前人搜罗甚详，故不再重复整理。
第二章考察历代文献中记载的杜预著作，辨别其真伪、分合、异名等情况，并搜罗其佚文。杜预的最重要的两部著作《春秋经传集解》和《春秋释例》因现有研究成果较为丰富，并且在本论文另章有详论，故不在此章中涉及。
第三章研究杜预著作《春秋经传集解》。首先，目前为止的《集解》整理，很少参考金泽文库卷子本，本文通过分析此本的内容特点，证明不论与宋本还是与敦煌残卷比较，它都具有重要的版本学价值。其次，本论文将杜预注与几乎同时期的《国语》韦昭注进行了比较，认为杜注更为通俗化和灵活化，且史注特点明显。此外，杜注隐没所引者出处，此点虽饱受诟病，但是当时通例，并非杜预刻意为之。再次，本论文分析了杜预的义例体系，没有停留在义例种类的简单归纳上，而是深入探求杜预弥缝、扩充，从而建立起一套义例体系背后的逻辑思路和具体方法。
第四章研究杜预著作《春秋释例》。首先分析诸例部分的特点和不足，探求对此部分进行辑佚和补充的方法。其次，研究《春秋释例》中《土地名》部分，重点放在地名时间问题上，探究其作注的起始时间，分析其与其他文献记载存在差异的原因。

Abstract: The exordium points out, Du Yu is an important figure in the political and academic aspects of Xi Jin society。His annotate about Zuo Zhuan is Indispensable work on studies of Confucian classics,so there are full of necessity on study about Du Yu.In exordium,I comb the Academic studies of Du Yu in detail, analysis which direction they were focused on, What results were obtained, and what is insufficient. On this basis, the research content of this paper are pointed out,and clarified this thesis research is focused on gleaning, that is to say, in view of the present academia field of the picture.
The first chapter mainly inspects Du Yu's thought, character, ability and interpersonal communication, to reflect the political, military, academic aspects in the society. About Du Yu biography, predecessors for very detailed,therefore, not repeat in this chapter.
The second chapter inspects documented Du Yu's works of past dynasties,to identify its authenticity, points, names, and so on and so forth,and,collected the missing content. Chun Qiu Jing Zhuan Ji Jie and Chun Qiu Shi Li is the two of the most important works of Du Yu,but them are not involved in this chapter because the existing research results is relatively rich,and the other chapters in this paper have detailed contents.
The third chapter research Du Yu's works Chun Qiu Jing Zhuan Ji Jie. First of all, the set of solutions so far, few reference the version of Jin Ze Wen Ku, In this paper, by analyzing the content of this book features, proved this version has important study value. Secondly, this thesis will Du Yu note with almost the same time Guo Yu Wei Zhao note are compared,think Du Yu note is more popularization and flexible, and the history note characteristics is significant. Hiding the literature sources is in strong criticism,but this kind of practice is not on purpose. Again, this thesis analyzes the du yu the righteousness of the system, didn't stay on the kinds of simple induction, but further to explore the logic behind the ideas and specific methods.
The 4th chapter research Du Yu's works Chun Qiu Shi Li. First of all, analyzed characteristic and the insufficiency, to search for collect and complementary method of this part.Secondly,study on the the part of place names, emphasis on places a matter of time,study the beginning time of Du Yu's expantion for this aspect, analyzed the reason why there are differences with other documents.
