摘要:帛书《易传》自出土以来,已经成为一个研究的热点。不过,相关的研究以文献学或一般的思想概括方面的为多,本文的研究则从解释学的角度切入,希望以此使帛书《易传》向读者展示出不同的东西。而且,即使是从解释学的角度思考,本文也不希望把对帛书《易传》的研究变成一种诠释方法的总结,而是试图接近本体的层次,对帛书《易传》的诠释行为本身和内在诠释结构做出反省,追问在这个解释活动中到底有什么在发生着。这也就意味着将帛书《易传》的解《易》活动看成由种种因素构成的复杂的诠释体系,这些因素包括了诠释视域、构成诠释“前见”的概念范畴或思想观念,也包括解释活动的具体意义指向以及作为解释者底层心理结构的思维模式等等。正是这些因素共同发挥作用,才构建了帛书《易传》解《易》的完整的诠释体系、诠释架构,形成一个完整的诠释过程,导致了帛书《易传》的意义生成。
基于此,论文第一章先对帛书《易传》的大致成书年代做了一个定位,认为它总体上创作于战国,因为构成帛书《易传》之解释活动的诸种要素实际上都立足于战国这个总体的时代背景,因此这个背景的确定成为研究帛书《易传》整个解释活动的基本前提。接下来,本文逐章体系化地构建了这个具体的诠释过程。
首先,在第二章中指出帛书《易传》以“后亓祝卜”、“观亓德义”表明了其由“占筮”到“德义”的诠释视野的转换,“德义”视域由此根本上决定了帛书《易传》解《易》的路向,它相当于整个解释活动的总纲。诠释视域的转换导致了诠释方法的相应改变,“乐亓辞”成为它对《周易》的基本解释方法,也就是将卦爻辞本身作为经典文本,通过联想、想象的方式将其转化为“德义”的表述。其次,“德义”视域确定了帛书《易传》解《易》的基本路向,但是具体实现由卦爻辞到“德义”的转换显然要有诸多因素参与其中,最基础的就是解释中所使用的语言性概念、范畴体系以及一般知识、思想观念等。本文第三章便主要以
“阴阳”、“刚柔”、“文武”等概念范畴以及一般的宇宙观念为例,探讨了解释者对这些概念范畴以及宇宙天地的一般理解如何作为解释的“前见”影响了帛书《易传》的易学解释,使《周易》获得了什么样的新意义。再次,概念范畴、一般思想观念构成了这个解释过程的基础、前提,而“意义预期”则引导了解释的具体目标指向,所以第四章中指出“治道”和“圣人君子之道”是帛书《易传》在《周易》解释中所指向的首要目标,其解《易》实际上都是在这两个具体的问题意识和人文关怀中展开。最后,论文第五章则关注和建构了这个诠释体系的主体性要素,认为解释主体的“天人”思维和尊重传统的历史性思维作为内在的思维模式和心理结构,决定了帛书《易传》解《易》的言说方式或展开方式。
通过这种分析,使帛书《易传》的解《易》活动或意义生成活动有了一个立体的呈现,探索了一套对于分析中国传统解释学较为有效的模式、范式;对解《易》活动诸要素及其特色的分析,使我们更容易理解何以整个易学解释乃至中国经典解释传统具有自身鲜明的特点;同时,通过对帛书《易传》意义生成的研究,论文又在一定程度上明晰了战国时人的普遍的知识或思想状况,了解了当时易学发展的一个面向,并大致确定了帛书《易传》在先秦易学史、儒学史中的地位。

On the Meaning Generating in Yi Zhuan Copied on Silk:
From the Perspective of Hermeneutic Structure in Its Process of Interpreting Yi Jing
Abstract: Yi Zhuan copied on silk has attracted much attention of researchers since it was published. Most of the researchers study it by the perspective of philology, but we think it is valuable to discuss it from the respect of hermeneutics and try to make it look different. In other words, we want to reflect the process in which Yi Zhuan copied on silk interpreted Yi Jing, and make it clear that what happened in this process. In general, we believe that the process or activity of interpreting Yi Jing is a complex system which is composed of many kinds of different factors or elements, including the general vision of interpreting, the concepts and common knowledge which being as the pre-understanding of the interpreting, the meaning anticipation and purpose of interpreting and the mode of thinking which being as the underlying psychological structure of interpreters. It is all of these factors or elements working together that construct the hermeneutic system or hermeneutic structure of interpreting Yi Jing, and lead to the meaning generating of Yi Zhuan copied on silk.
Based on this, we first indicate that Yi Zhuan copied on silk was generally written in the time of the Warring States Period, and all the elements that construct the activity of interpreting Yi Jing inYi Zhuan copied on silk must be understood in this general background. We believe that to determine this background is the first and foremost premise in studying the hermeneutic event of Yi Zhuan copied on silk. Then, in the next parts of the thesis, we will analyze and reconstruct the activity of interpreting Yi Jing in detail.
In chapter two, we point out that the interpreter's attitude to Yi Jing is trying to find out the "morality" and "wisdom" inYi Jing instead of using it as the tool of divination in Yi Zhuan copied on silk. "Morality" and "wisdom" became the fundamental vision of interpreting Yi Jing, and can be seen as the guiding principle of the whole interpreting activity. The conversion of hermeneutic vision leads to corresponding changes in hermeneutic method. As a result, the interpreters regard the hexagram judgments and line judgments of Yi Jing as classic text directly, and transform them into the expression of"morality" and "wisdom" by association or imagination. In chapter three, we concentrate on the concepts, categories and common notions in the process of interpreting, and show how these concepts, categories and common notions, for example, "Yin\Yang", "Gang\Rou", "Wen\Wu" and common cosmology, play an important role as the pre-understanding of the interpreting, and how they affect the meaning generating of Yi Zhuan copied on silk in the interpreting activity. In chapter four, we pay our attention to the interpreter's anticipation and purpose in the interpreting activity. We find out that the "Dao" of politics and the "Dao" of personal cultivation are what the interpreters’ most concern in the interpreting activity of Yi Zhuan copied on silk, and its interpretation are in fact carrying out in the direction of these two purposes. At last, in chapter five we discuss and reconstruct the subjective elements in the interpreting activity, and think that the interpreters’ mode of thinking, for example, their insisting on the harmony between man and nature and historical thinking of respecting the tradition, being as the underlying psychological structure, determines the specific mode or way of hermeneutic narrating in Yi Jing interpretation.
Through this analysis, we present systematically the activity of interpreting Yi Jing and the process of meaning generating in Yi Zhuan copied on silk, and have discovered an effective pattern or paradigm for discussing Chinese hermeneutic tradition. In this thesis, we also generalize the characters of the elements composing the hermeneutic system of Yi Zhuan copied on silk, which make it easier for us to understand why the hermeneutic tradition in Yi Zhuan and other Chinese classics is so particular. Furthermore, by studying of the meaning generating in Yi Zhuan copied on silk, we can know the common knowledge and ideology of the people in the Warring States Period in some degree, clarify the development of Yi-ology in this period, and find out the position of Yi Zhuan copied on silk in history of Yi-ology and Confucianism.
