摘要：程颐是宋明理学的奠基人，《易》学是其理学建构的重要基石，也是其学术思想的重要组成部分。《程氏易传》是程颐《易》学的集中体现，它是中国古代《易》学史上的经典之作，具有里程碑的意义。研究程颐《易》学有重要的学术价值，主要表现在：（一）有助于分析、研究程颐理学及其思想；（二）有助于深入理解宋明时期义理派《易》学的特点与内涵；（三）有助于了解宋代中后期乃至中国古代后期经学、儒学的发展特点。前人多集中于程颐《易》学哲学的研究，而对《易》学思想关注较少，本文以程颐《易》学为研究对象，以学术思想史、经学文献学为研究方法，从程颐《易》学的学术思想背景、学术渊源、《程氏易传》的体例结构、《易》学思想与方法、《易》学与理学的融通以及程颐《易》学的贡献与历史意义等多个方面进行深入而细致的研究。
本文根据内容分别主要从五个方面步步深入来探讨程颐《易》学。首先分析程颐《易》学产生的学术思想背景与渊源。程颐《易》学是北宋中后期内忧外患下的产物，当时社会政治的紊乱、朝廷党争、佛老之学对儒学的侵袭、王安石新学的肆行等等都是促使程颐《易》学产生的重要因素。程颐《易》学内容丰富、思想深刻，学术思想渊源非常广泛，主要深受王弼、胡瑗、张载等人《易》学的影响，而这些影响是其启蒙老师周敦颐所无法比拟的。与此同时，本文还通过《程氏易传》的成书和结构来分析作为义理派《易》学的代表程颐《易》学的思想历程与学术旨趣。从程颐不注《系辞》、《说卦》、《杂卦》与校勘《周易》文本所采用的“理校法”，可以看出程颐《易》学重视义理、重视儒家伦理思想的学术旨趣。
本文还重点探讨程颐的《易》学思想与解《易》方法。程颐将《周易》视为天理、天道的反映，“理”是其《易》学的核心范畴。程颐提出“体用一源，显微无间”的“理本论”命题来解释言、象、数、意之间的关系，并将这种“理本论”的原则运用到对宇宙万事万物的解释之中，将具体的《易》学的原则转化为普遍的哲学原理，由此为理学思想体系的建构提供了重要的理论准备。这种《易》学、理学思想决定了《程氏易传》的解释方法，其中较为典型的是“以史证《易》”和《易》学与四书学的互释与会通两种方法，而这两种方法都服务于理学思想体系的建构。在此基础之上，本文进一步考察了《易》学与理学的关系，从本体论和工夫论两个方面出发，详细探讨了程颐如何借助《易》学来建构他的理学。程颐借助《易》学建构理学的思维方式与周敦颐、张载、邵雍等人重视宇宙本体论有所不同，他将理论重心放在儒家道德修养工夫的论证和宣扬上，故在《程氏易传》中主要探讨如何顺应天理、自觉遵守且践履儒家伦理道德、纲常名教，从而达到圣人的道德境界，进而实现“内圣外王”的社会政治理想。正是由于程颐汲取了前贤解《易》的精髓，提出了新的《易》学思想与方法，对当时和后来都产生了直接的影响，具有典范的意义。而程颐借助《易》学建构的理学思想体系，将内在的道德修身与外在的社会政治建设相结合，最终回归到儒学“内圣外王”的宗旨上，从而奠定了其《易》学在经学史、儒学史上不朽的地位。
