摘要：作为清代著名学者，洪亮吉及其著述《春秋左传诂》在清代学术史上占有重要的地位。该论文以《春秋左传诂》作为研究对象，主要指出：（一）从洪氏一生的学术经历及学术著作来看，他并非一个沉潜治学之人，虽然著述等身，却鲜少精深之作。（二）《左传诂》部分抄袭了清儒陈树华《春秋经传集解考正》的成果。（三）《左传诂》所辑汉儒旧注，参考了宋儒王应麟的《古文春秋左传》及清儒惠栋的《左传补注》、余萧客的《古经解钩沉》、严蔚的《春秋内传古注辑存》，部分辑佚文本乃据以上诸书转抄，且尚有遗漏。（四）《左传诂》对杜注、孔疏的驳辩，存在严重偏见，论证过程也较为薄弱，甚至有杜撰的嫌疑。另外，《左传诂》对杜预的经学体系缺乏整体理解，因此颇多误读。（五）《左传诂》是一部写作态度粗疏，且发明较少的著作，而它之所以能获得较高的学术地位，实际上与很多偶然因素有关。比如《左传诂》出版时间的延迟，使《左传诂》抄袭一案难于被发现，而洪氏之名气以及该书后来被收入《皇清经解续编》，又被列入《书目答问》，并不断被出版业再版等学术举动，对《左传诂》学术地位的获得亦不无帮助。（六）洪氏的抄袭行为，与他的性格关系很大。为了在考据学界占有一席之地，不甘人下的洪氏因此铤而走险，暗袭他人之说以为己有，甚至在自我叙述中采取隐匿与谎言的形式，将自己塑造成一个博学、早慧的学者形象。而这种心态与行为，并非洪氏所独有，一向以学风严谨著称的清代学界亦不乏攘夺与抄袭之事，可以称作清代学风的另一面。

Abstract:As a famous scholar in the Qing Dynasty, Hong Liangji and his work Chunqiuzuozhuangu occupies an important position in the academic history of Qing dynasty. The thesis takes Zuozhuangu as the research object, through the text comparison etc., pointed out: (a)From the academic track of Hong's life, Hong is not earnest in learning,so,although he write a lot of works, but a lot of writing is not good enough. (b)Zuozhuangu copied Chunqiujingzhuanjijiekaozheng a lot, which was written by Chen Shuhua. (c) Zuozhuangu has obsorbed many of the achievement of Gu wen chun qiu zuo zhuan\Zuo zhuan bu zhu\Gu jing jie gou chen\Chun qiu nei zhuanjiu zhu ji cun, whose author is Wang Yinglin\ Hui Dong\ Yu Xiaoke\ Yan Wei. (d)Hong has a serious bias against Du Yu and Kong Yingda. He has a lot of problems in his discussion of Du Yu and Kong Yingda, Some of the discussion is not credible, even forging evidence. (e)Zuozhuangu is not in conformity with its position in the academic history. There are a lot of casual factors in his position, for example, the publishing industry and his fame. (f)Hong's copying behavior is very important to his personality. But this kind of mentality and behavior is not unique, in fact, There are a lot of Academic plagiarism and plunder in the Qing Dynasty academic history, it can be called the other side of the Qing Dynasty's study style.
