摘要:现有政治史与学术史(哲学史)对王安石的相关研究彼此独立且自成体系。因研究角度、侧重点有所不同而很难形成人物思想、实践的整体性研究。本文希望在传统的学科研究范式基础上,寻找新的研究视角。从王安石的学术立场、个人本位出发,重新探寻王安石经世致用的政治实践进程。从某种程度上说也是重新考察各种“历史评议”遮蔽下的王安石的“自我正名”过程。
本文将这个过程锁定于熙宁变法时期,从王学发展史角度而言,也就是王学的“官学化”、“新学”、“三经新学”时期。该时期研究著作浩瀚,但始终未能究竟王安石之学。本文将这段特殊时期的政治定义为王安石主导下的“经术政治”,以“经术”与“政治”为两轴来“体系性”考察王安石的经术致用与经术实践。
这是一个经世之“义理”彰显于法度实践的动态过程:作为王安石经学的范本《周礼》,以及在此基础上面向政治法度的“义理”发挥,加上熙宁时期王安石实实在在的新法施设,在这个过程中所体现的三者之间的张力关系,成为笔者重新叙述王安石新学——经世致用之学——的关键处。从某种程度上说,“经术政治”概念的提出与论证,既是一种“王学史”的解读和叙述,同时也是从另一种角度考察、理解熙宁政治史。
本文将叙述专题聚焦于熙宁五法中具有代表性的青苗法、市易法、保甲法,主要得益于宋史文献中对王安石以经术解读新法的大量记载。这一点由于多种原因从未被哲学界、史学界以及思想史界认真关注过。而对于王安石来说,学问与经术却是熙宁政治实践的起点,这个“起点”千余年来因为当时保守派的某种定性意见——“文饰说”——而被后世无限贬损乃至抹杀。所以,要审理这段历史中的重要“悬案”,则需要实实在在地对王安石的学术与政治进行系统地考察与评述。

Wang Anshi's Classic Politics and Xi Ning's Transformation:
Focusing on The Practice of Zhou Li
Abstract:The current study of Wang Anshi's transformation divides to politics angle and academic/philosophic angle. The two angles are independent and different with each other. Therefore, it's difficult to make a united study towards this topic. It is worthwhile trying to find a new way based on Wang Anshi's own standpoint, in order to re-discover his political practice. It is also a process of re-observing and self-defining of Wang Anshi under all kinds of historical judgments and prejudices.
In this study, the observation focuses on the Xining Transformation period, which belongs to the Guanxue or Xinxue section in the history of Wang's academy development. The politics during this period is defined as "Classics Politics" in charged by Wang Anshi. Classics and Politics will be two axles in the observation and study system.
The study is trying to show a dynamic process of applying moral and political principles to legislation and administration. Three roles: the classic ofZhouli, the principles that extracted from classics and Wang Anshi's transformation, constitutes the whole process. The tension among the three roles is the key of re-defining Wang Anshi's academy. Therefore, the demonstration of the concept "Classics Politics" contains both a new interpretation of Wang's theory system and a new angle of understanding the political history inXiningperiod.
In this study, it will be mainly focused on the typical Administrative laws as Qingmiao, Shiyi and Baojia in Wang Anshi's transformation, especially on their connections to Wang's Classic interpretations that are well preserved in the documents of Song history but not being adequately noticed and used by current scholars. According to Wang Anshi's opinion, classics and academy should be the start point of political practice; however, the point has been disparaged and obscured in the past 1000 years. Therefore, it is necessary to study and re-evaluate the academy and politics of Wang Anshi systematically.
